Nur Uddin arrested in Nusrat murder case

Nur Uddin, one of the accused in the murder case of Nusrat Jahan, was arrested in Sonagazi, Feni, on Saturday. He was arrested from Amtali area of ​​Bhaluka Upazila on Saturday morning. An official of the Beluka Police Station, unwilling to disclose the information, confirmed the arrest. After this Nur Uddin was sent to Dhaka. Before this case Awami League acting general secretary accused Sonagazi wreck, municipal councilor mokasuda Alam, was arrested from a hotel in Dhaka.

It is learned that Nur Uddin and Shahadat Hossain alias Shamim, who were known to be close to Sirajuddaula, the madrasa principal. There are allegations from different media that they are involved directly in the murder case of Nusrat. On the night of April 5 and on April 6, on the day of the incident, Nur Uddin was seen in the madrasa's main gate, more than one eyewitness said. Both of them are the second and third accused in the case. On March 27, after the arrest of Principal Sirajuddaula, a committee was constituted to constitute 'Sirajuddaula Sahib's Mukti Parishad' to demand his release. The 20-member committee convener Nur Uddin and joint convenor Shahadat Hossain. Two rounds of human chain and protest programs were celebrated in the upazila headquarters on 28 and 30 March for the leadership of their leadership. It is alleged that they were threatening Nusrat's supporters. However, another accused in murder case Shahadat Hossain still could not be arrested.
